Healthy snacking

I try to pack enough snacks to not go hungry on campus.

Nuts ๐Ÿฅœ contain protein and fats which keep you fuller for longer.

Fruits ๐Ÿ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŠcontain natural sugars, good for the brain. The fiber in the fruits keeps the sugar steadily trickling into your blood for a constant flow of energy ๐ŸŒŸ.

Oats contain carbohydrates and fiber ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Eating a little bit of dark, semisweet chocolate with nuts may fulfill cravings for sweet or fatty foods.
